So Friday is Weigh Day. It’s the one time a week where I’ll go on the scale and see if all the pain and effort was worth it. So far it’s been pretty good every week besides the week I came back from America (which I knew in advance would be a gain week). But a couple of weeks ago I did everything right and still gained weight and that was extremely painful.

Lost 5 Lbs since last Friday
Total Loss: 41 Lbs in 82 Days (18.6 Kilo)
Not too shabby :)
